An app for figure skaters, hockey players, roller skaters and roller dancers for visualization of their skating patterns on the rink’s surface in Augmented Reality. Includes the pattens of all USFSA, ISU and Skate Canada compulsory ice dances, Moves-In-the-Field and selected compulsory "school" figures. Also, features ice dance music and videos as well as real-time music beat detection and visualization.
Contains built-in detectors and trace visualization tools for forward and backward skating as well as clock-wise and counter clock-wise turns and spins.
Supports iPhone models 7 to XS Max with iOS 12 and higher. The iPhone can be carried in a chest pocket or mounted on AR goggles. The apps voice control can be initiated by single click of the headset play/pause button and provides hands-free operation while skating on the ice.
The SK8AR app supports 15 of the most frequently used languages in figure skating per Winter Olympics statistics. It provides verbal and on-screen instructions for easier operation.
